The Chand’s Boutique Villas is a charming collection of 8 beachfront villas set along the peaceful shores of Batu Belig Beach. Just a short drive from the vibrant Seminyak area and Finns Recreation Club, it offers a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience—ideal for families and groups seeking a tropical retreat.

Featuring 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, the property caters to both couples and families alike. Each villa is thoughtfully designed with modern comforts, including a private swimming pool, spacious living areas, and a lush garden terrace, offering either full or partial sea views.

Please note that villa assignments are based on availability, and specific units cannot be requested. Rest assured, all villas provide a consistent level of style, comfort, and amenities.

The Outdoor Areas

For a luxurious day of basking in the sun, each of The Chand’s Estate feature their own private terrace, swimming pool and poolside bale/gazebo. Furnished with reclining sunbeds, you can sit out of the wooden decking and soak up the rays. Dip in and out of the pool to cool off and play with the children. It is easy to supervise the children splashing around from the poolside bale. The most idyllic moment will happen at sunset when you can watch the beautiful colours and setting sun from the privacy of your villa. Sit back with a drink and watch the outstanding sights.

The Indoor Areas

Each of the villas has a different layout and design for their indoor areas. The 1 and 2 bedroom villas have living rooms and dining areas that face out over the terrace and swimming pool whilst the 3 bedroom villa is spread across its 2 floors. With high wood ceilings, comfortable furnishings and the option to close off from the Bali heat, the living spaces are the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones.

The 3 bedroom villa features an open air dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and enclosed living space on its ground floor. The adults can enjoy a delicious meal and drink whilst the children are entertained with a movie just next door, ensuring easy supervision. The first floor accommodates a large living area furnished with plush couches looking out over the terrace. Vast windows and patio doors offer a view to the pool and sea beyond, creating a perfect sunset view.

The Bedrooms

Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms across the 8 villas, each is modernly designed with traditional Balinese touches. Featuring king sized beds, TVs, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, all the bedrooms offer a comfortable haven for the guests to unwind and relax. The plush beds lure you in for a restful night’s sleep whilst the TV provides entertainment for an afternoon rest. Boasting deep bathtubs in each of the en-suites, take a break from the group to bask in a luxurious flower bath.

The Chand’s Estate is a deluxe compound offering 5 star service. Cared for by a team of housekeepers, villa managers, receptionists and security you can fully sink into holiday mode without care.
